Why I do what I do:
The reason why I massage is to help people feel better, feel more energetic and overall feel like themselves again
The reason why I personal train is because I want people to understand that their our ways to build strength in areas to regain movement and be able to do the things they used to enjoy.
How I do it:
Current Setup is my house I have a small gym space available to use. Also currently at the gymgroup as well
Finally I have massage space available as well
What I do:
Sport Massage, Personal Trainer, Soft Tissue, Deep Tissue, Acupuncture & Dry Cupping
